Changed your mind? No problem. Here's how it works.

Refunds You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know you'd like to return it. Once we've registered your return, send the item back to us within the following 14 days. To be eligible, items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Keep your order number handy — we'll need it to process everything.

Exchanges Prefer a swap instead? You have 30 days from delivery to exchange an item, as long as it's in stock. The first exchange on any order is on us; any further exchanges will include a shipping fee.

Getting started Just email us at info@fadeless.dk and we'll take it from there. We create your return label for you and send it straight to your inbox. Once you've received it, drop the parcel off with the carrier within 14 days — if it isn't handed over in that window, the return is automatically cancelled and can't be accepted afterwards.

Return shipping costs €10 anywhere in Europe and is paid by the customer. Rather than charging you upfront, we simply deduct it from your refund once your return reaches us.

After we receive it We process returns within 15 business days of the parcel arriving at our warehouse. In busier periods it can take a little longer — thanks for bearing with us.

A couple of things to keep in mind: items remain your responsibility until they're safely back with us, and we can only accept returns that have been approved beforehand.
