Prices
All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, to change prices without prior notice, and to update availability for sold-out or discontinued items.
Payment
We accept VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and other payment methods made available at checkout. Your card or account is only charged once your order is shipped. All amounts are in EUR including VAT. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.
Delivery
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (CET) are dispatched the same business day; orders placed later are shipped the next business day.
We deliver throughout the European Union via our partners, including GLS, DHL, and other regional carriers depending on the destination. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are shown at checkout. Depending on your destination and the method you select, orders are delivered either to a parcel shop or directly to your delivery address.
If your chosen pickup point is full, your parcel is moved to the nearest available point and you are notified. Deliveries take place on weekdays, and orders are typically delivered 2–7 business days after purchase, depending on the destination.
For certain items, special delivery terms may apply. These will be stated before purchase.
Right of Complaint (Statutory Warranty)
You have a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2019/771 on the sale of goods). This covers defects in materials and/or workmanship. Depending on the situation, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a refund, or a price reduction.
The right of complaint does not cover faults or damage caused by improper use or handling. You must report a defect within a reasonable time after discovering it. Where the complaint is justified, Fadeless covers reasonable return costs.

Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 14-day full right of return on items bought in our webshop. This goes well beyond the 14-day minimum required under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
The period is calculated from the day you:
- receive the order; or
- take physical possession of the last item, where several items ordered together are delivered separately; or
- take physical possession of the last batch or part, where an item is delivered in multiple batches or parts; or
- take physical possession of the first item, in the case of regular delivery over a defined period.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us by email at info@fadeless.dk within 100 days of receiving your order, clearly stating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. The item must then be returned no later than 100 days after you give notice. Filling out and including our Withdrawal Form speeds up processing.

You bear the direct cost of return shipping. Return shipping is €10 anywhere in Europe, which we deduct from your refund once we receive the item, so there is nothing to pay upfront.
You cannot withdraw simply by refusing delivery without giving clear notice. If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us without prior notification, a fee of €30 applies.
If a watch is returned, it must be in good condition and in its original packaging. A broken plastic seal around the watch is considered a depreciation in value, and on that basis we may deduct up to 50% of the item's price from the refund.
Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
- Items made to your specifications or with a clearly personal design.
- Sealed items that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are unsuitable for return once the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Items that, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other goods on delivery.
- Services that have been fully performed, where performance began with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases on completion.
- Digital content not supplied on a physical medium, where performance began with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
- Newspapers, periodicals, and magazines (except subscription agreements).
- Agreements concluded at public auction.
- Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.
Returns
Return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of return and are responsible for packaging the item properly. Please include a copy of your order confirmation, and ideally our completed Withdrawal Form.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. We do not accept parcels sent cash-on-delivery.
If you received a free gift and do not return it together with the other products, the gift is valued at €35 and this amount is deducted from your refund. If the free gift was a watch, it is valued at €70 and deducted from your refund.
Condition of the Item Upon Return
You are only liable for any reduction in value caused by handling the item beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. In other words, you may try the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond this, it is considered used, and you may receive only part of — or none of — the purchase amount back, depending on its commercial value when we receive it. To get the full amount back, try the item without putting it into actual use.
Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, you receive back the amount you paid us. Any reduction in value for which you are liable will be deducted from this amount.
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, all payments received from you are refunded, including standard delivery costs (except any additional cost arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your decision.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have provided proof that it has been returned, whichever is earlier.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Depending on your bank, this may take up to 14 banking days, though it is normally 2–4.
Quality Guarantee
Fadeless products are made from durable, high-quality materials and built for everyday use. Our jewelry, for example, is designed to be worn through a range of activities and is resistant to sunlight, water, and sweat.
This guarantee covers cases where a product fades or becomes discolored over time. If your product fades in color, send documentation to info@fadeless.dk and we will send a replacement promptly.
The guarantee does not cover damage to the product — for example, the kind that might result from an eventful night out.
We always recommend taking good care of your Fadeless products.
Complaints
If we cannot resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you can escalate it as follows:
Consumers in Denmark: Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. Complaints can be submitted via the complaints portal at naevneneshus.dk.
Consumers in other EU countries: You can get free help with cross-border disputes from the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) via your national European Consumer Centre. The Danish centre is Forbruger Europa (forbrugereuropa.dk). Please provide our email address: info@fadeless.dk.
