Prices
At FADELESS we reserve the right to make any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. We also reserve the right to make changes to sold-out items.
Payment
FADELESS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.
Delivery
FADELESS strives to ship orders placed before 1 p.m. the same day, orders thereafter will be shipped the following business day.
We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from 39,-. Goods will be delivered to a parcel shop or directly to the delivery address specified when ordering.
We do not deliver abroad (also applies to the Faroe Islands and Greenland).
Your items will be shipped with DAO or GLS.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery location, your package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, which you will be notified of. If there are any problems, please contact customer service.
Items are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.
Special delivery terms apply to certain items. The terms will be stated specifically prior to purchase of these items.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty period according to the Danish Sales Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the product repaired, exchanged, your money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must file a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/fault. FADELESS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.
Refund
If it is a refund, please include bank information in the form of registration number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. The information can be provided without risk by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
Return policy
There is a 30-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is counted from that day;
– Where you receive the order.
– Receives physical possession of the last item when it concerns an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several installments.
– Receives the last batch or last part in physical possession when it comes to an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
– The first item in physical possession when it comes to regular delivery of goods over a specific period.
You must cover the return costs yourself. A return label can be purchased. here.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 30 days after purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 30 days after cancellation. The notification must be given by email at info@fadeless.dk. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must print your return label. here.
You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving us a clear notice. If your package is not picked up and is returned to us without you having notified us, it will cost DKK 100.
If a watch is to be returned, it must be returned in good condition and in original packaging.
If the plastic around the watch is broken, this is considered a loss of value. Based on this, we will deduct up to 50% of the item's price when refunding.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
– Goods that are manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
– Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
– Goods that, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
– Goods where the seal has been broken.
– Non-financial services provided, where the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully performed.
– Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
– Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, excluding subscription agreements for such publications.
– Agreements concluded at public auction.
– Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
Return
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged. You must include a copy of the order confirmation in the package. The process will be faster if you also complete and enclose our Withdrawal Form.
You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them back.
We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
If you receive a free gift with your order and fail to return it with the other products you return, the gift will be valued at DKK 250. This amount will be offset against your refund.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods as if you were trying them on in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt – of the return. In order to receive the full purchase price back, you must therefore test the item without actually using it.
Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us.
In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.
Quality guarantee
The quality of products from Fadeless.dk is unmistakable. At Fadeless.dk we always sell and deliver the most durable products, which are produced from the best quality materials. Therefore, we guarantee that our products will have a long shelf life. The products are produced to be used every day. For example, our jewelry is produced to be used for various activities as they are resistant to sunlight, water and sweat.
We always recommend that you take good care of your Fadeless.dk products. Therefore, the warranty only covers if a product fades or becomes discolored over time. So we offer a warranty if your jewelry should fade in color. If the unthinkable should happen and your product has unfortunately faded in color, please send documentation to info@fadeless.dk. We will then send a new product immediately.
If your product has been damaged, the warranty does not cover it. This could be during an unfortunate trip around town.
Complaints options
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
You can complain to the Center for Complaints Resolution via the Complaints Portal for the House of Appeals.
